October brings a mix of history, art, and a touch of the spooky to Bennington’s cultural calendar.

Monument Arts & Cultural Center hosts The Haunted Tavern: A Dark Pop-Up Cocktail Experience (October 9–11), where guests sip themed cocktails while hearing chilling tales in one of Bennington’s most haunted venues. (21+ only).

Bennington Museum presents The Road to the 250th on October 5, a bus tour through Revolutionary War landmarks, led by members of the Bennington Historical Society.

Bennington Theater fills the month with live entertainment — from concerts like Ali McGuir: Soulful Sounds (October 2), to trivia, improv, and a special $2 screening of Coco for families.
