Thank you for your patience as we worked on a plan to honor your loyalty and give you peace of mind for the future.
To address last season’s unexpected resort closure, 19/20 season pass holders will get at least a 20% credit, and up to 80% based on how much you were able to use your pass, to apply toward a pass for next season. Epic Day Pass and Edge Card holders with unused days are also eligible for credits, up to 80%.
To provide you with peace of mind, we are introducing FREE Epic Coverage for 20/21 pass holders, which will provide refunds for certain resort closures, including events like COVID-19, as well as for eligible job loss, injury and more.
To give you the time you need, we are eliminating our spring deadlines, giving you through Labor Day (Sept. 7) to use your credit and to lock in 10 Buddy Tickets. We will also continue offering the lowest up-front pass deposit of only $49 down.
Now that Governor Scott has given the green light to golf, do you plan to open the golf course in the nearish future?
I visited mount snow last year in June for hiking. I never met such a friendly staff!! I never skied Mount Snow or Mountain Biked MS but that is going to change!! God bless Mtn. Snow!!
Mount Snow Epic Pass I’d love to find out if there could be a way to donate that 20% directly back to our Mt. Snow community. We get so many ski days as a family, more than the worth of our pass, and would love to support our mountain community and it’s employees during an especially difficult time. I realize this isn’t for everyone, but it could be an option which could make a large impact.
Pretty awesome considering the closure was out of your control.
This is amazing, thank you. I truly appreciate the way this is being handled and feel great about purchasing another pass for next season!
Thank you it is greatly appreciated- we love ❤️ our mountain!!
Well done! Thank you so much. Great work in impossible and unforeseen times!
Will Peak Pass holders that renew be eligible for the 10 buddy passes?
Does this apply to military passes that were not used? Will they get credit towards this year pass?
What about the people that already bought their Epic Pass? I bought mine last week, am I still eligible for these benefits?
and what if we already paid for pass protection and the $49 down option??? will they credit me?
Well done!!! Thank you!! I’ll be back next year
What about Peak pass holders!!
Thank you for your quick response!
Great job. Some good news in a time period where there never seems to be good news.
Beyond generous. Thank you!
Will there be a new discounted rate for health professionals like the military pass?
Can’t love this enough. Thank you!
Everyone I know with a Season Pass received the April 27th e-mail. I did not receive one - why. I purchase my Season Passes online, so you have my e-mail address.
Wow! That’s amazing customer service⛷
This is very much appreciated.
Incredible. Go EPIC.
You rock!!!! thank you!!!
Is it too early to decide anything about the brewfest in August?
We would like to thank Okemo Mountain School and our Okemo community who recently organized a Virtual Backyard 5K Walk/Run. The effort raised nearly $2,800 over a two week period – all of which was donated directly to the Ludlow Police Department for the purchase of food and supplies to assist local families in immediate need.
If you would like to make a contribution, the Ludlow Police Department will continue supporting families and is still accepting direct monetary donations by mail: Ludlow Police Department PO Box 359 Ludlow, VT 05149 Please specify in the memo line of the check that it is for the Community Support Food Drive.
We'd like to thank The Alchemist. Your amazing banner downtown is a reflection of your ongoing support for our community. Their most recent endeavor has been packaging drinking water for health-care workers and others in and around Central Vermont. More than 6,000 cans have been distributed to sites including the Salvation Army and the Meals on Wheels program. #EpicTogether#stowestrong#stowemt... See MoreSee Less

Beautiful Town ..🙋❤
Was there just before lockdown, what a beautiful place
our little town of Stowe with no traffic during a normally busy season - but with lots of gemutlichkeit!
It’s a perfect day in the Mad River Valley for Sugarbush Resort Golf Club to start their season. We were so busy, even Win couldn’t get a tee time! Not to worry, he’s been practicing in the backyard. Watch all the way to the end for your weekly beard update. ... See MoreSee Less
