The next MRV Chamber “Mad Mingle” is slated to take place on Wednesday, August 30 at the MRV Welcome Center on the corner of Route 100 and 17. The gathering will take place beginning at 5:30 pm. It will be a great opportunity to check out the progress being made at the new facility and learn more about the status of the VOREC grant project. We are working with local retailers in what we are calling the “Businesses Around the Bend” neighborhood to encourage you to make a visit to their establishments prior to the event. These businesses include: The Mad Rover, Addison West, Stark Mountain Bike Works, Valley Meade Dispensary, Mad River Eye Care and Mountain Rose Integrated Wellness.
There will be free hot dog grilled up by your truly and beer sampling from our neighbors at Cousins Brewing Company. Be sure to mark it on your calendar and join us for what promises to be a super-fun event.
