Thank you for your patience as we worked on a plan to honor your loyalty and give you peace of mind for the future.
To address last season’s unexpected resort closure, 19/20 season pass holders will get at least a 20% credit, and up to 80% based on how much you were able to use your pass, to apply toward a pass for next season. Epic Day Pass and Edge Card holders with unused days are also eligible for credits, up to 80%.
To provide you with peace of mind, we are introducing FREE Epic Coverage for 20/21 pass holders, which will provide refunds for certain resort closures, including events like COVID-19, as well as for eligible job loss, injury and more.
To give you the time you need, we are eliminating our spring deadlines, giving you through Labor Day (Sept. 7) to use your credit and to lock in 10 Buddy Tickets. We will also continue offering the lowest up-front pass deposit of only $49 down.
Now that Governor Scott has given the green light to golf, do you plan to open the golf course in the nearish future?
When is Mount Snow opening up for mountain biking, golf and chair rides? The valley is starting to open up!
I visited mount snow last year in June for hiking. I never met such a friendly staff!! I never skied Mount Snow or Mountain Biked MS but that is going to change!! God bless Mtn. Snow!!
Mount Snow Epic Pass I’d love to find out if there could be a way to donate that 20% directly back to our Mt. Snow community. We get so many ski days as a family, more than the worth of our pass, and would love to support our mountain community and it’s employees during an especially difficult time. I realize this isn’t for everyone, but it could be an option which could make a large impact.
Pretty awesome considering the closure was out of your control.
This is amazing, thank you. I truly appreciate the way this is being handled and feel great about purchasing another pass for next season!
Thank you it is greatly appreciated- we love ❤️ our mountain!!
Well done! Thank you so much. Great work in impossible and unforeseen times!
Will Peak Pass holders that renew be eligible for the 10 buddy passes?
Does this apply to military passes that were not used? Will they get credit towards this year pass?
What about the people that already bought their Epic Pass? I bought mine last week, am I still eligible for these benefits?
and what if we already paid for pass protection and the $49 down option??? will they credit me?
Well done!!! Thank you!! I’ll be back next year
What about Peak pass holders!!
Thank you for your quick response!
Great job. Some good news in a time period where there never seems to be good news.
Beyond generous. Thank you!
Will there be a new discounted rate for health professionals like the military pass?
Can’t love this enough. Thank you!
Everyone I know with a Season Pass received the April 27th e-mail. I did not receive one - why. I purchase my Season Passes online, so you have my e-mail address.
Our extended Okemo family is helping to care for this community from afar. The Ludlow Fire and Police Departments received some much-appreciated face shields from the Medeiros family who owns a home at Okemo. Steven Medeiros is the owner of a West Warwick, R.I., car audio store that is equipped with a machine that, with some modifications, could manufacture face shields. Steve sent 50 shields to Ludlow first-responders. Thank you to all, near and far, for your support. #okemo#EpicTogether
We'd like to thank The Alchemist. Your amazing banner downtown is a reflection of your ongoing support for our community. Their most recent endeavor has been packaging drinking water for health-care workers and others in and around Central Vermont. More than 6,000 cans have been distributed to sites including the Salvation Army and the Meals on Wheels program. #EpicTogether#stowestrong#stowemt... See MoreSee Less
